Creating Winners Through Knowledge Wealth!

There is a printout of a saying that a lot of people have used in the past, and I wanted just to share it here for those who may be having one of those days where they just feel like giving up. I have this on my wall right above my computer. Every day I read it allowed. It is quite powerful.

"I am committed to doing whatever it takes. The die's been cast. I've stepped over the line. I'm out of the comfort zone. The decision has been made. I won't look back, let up, slow down or back away. I'm finished and done with low living, small planning, and colorless dreams. I cannot live with the negaitve visions, weak goals, mundane talking, or chincy giving.

I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, or lured away. I will not allow myself to be turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, or hesitate in the presence of adversity. I refuse to waste another minute in mediocrity. I'm through with the old ways of thinking and living. I am a leader of many. I am successful. I am ready to pay the price no matter what the cost. Bring it on. I am ready for anything because here's the deal....I am committed to doing whatever it takes."

This applies to anything in your life. Your financial, physical, emotional, relational and constitutional life.

Have an awesome day!

A few years back, I noticed that the heels of my feet would hurt more than normal, and the pain never really went away after resting. Over time it became unbearable so I finally went to see a doctor and he told me I had plantars fasciitis. He told me that the only treatment would be drugs, or surgery.

Well, being a fan of neither, I decided to do some research to see if I could find a way to treat the pain naturally. While I was learning what did and didn't work, I was also taking over-the-counter ibuprofen to keep the pain at bay. Little did I know that this would impact the effectiveness of the nutritional supplements I was taking.

And in fact, I would not learn of that fact until recently. I learned that taking Ibuprofen actually depletes the body of magnesium, so it actually stops the absorption of it. I also learned that the ibuprofen also contributed to the heart flutters that I was having, which also was linked to a lack of magnesium.

Long story short, I learned that magnesium was vital to keeping away eye twitches, leg cramps, plantars fasciitis, migraines, heart flutters, and a few other things that I wasn't bothered with.

So I did some experimenting and found that a diet high in magnesium actually reduced the pain considerably.

But here is the real eye-opener. We hear all the time about how we need more calcium in our diets. But never about magnesium. Well, I learned that too much calcium can actually cause the magnesium to be depleted! I was amazed!

The bottom line is it is all about balance. When your body is in balance, it can take care of the pains. When it is out of balance, it will let you know.

We just have to learn what the symptoms are and take action accordingly. Most of the diseases we have today can be helped if not cured by proper nutritional intake. That has been proven. When the body falls into an acidic state, it is open to any diseases. However those same diseases cannot live in an alkaline state.

Bringing the body back into alkaline is the key and that starts with Whole food nutrition.

I have been asked why would someone want to start a business during a recession. It seems like everyone is holding tight to what little they have, so why would someone want to extend themselves at this point in time?

Well, it has been said many times that the Great Depression created many millionaires. So if no one had any money, how did so many millionaires get created?

Necessity is the mother of invention. And when times get hard, people actually start thinking instead of just existing in their day to day lives. When reality sets in and people start to see that their jobs are not nearly as secure as they originally thought, they start looking at their options.

It is now that people are really seeing that you can not depend on a job. You can only depend on one thing....and that is yourself.

So how does someone start a business if they have very little money, and perhaps no recognizable skills for running a business? That answer is quite simple.

If they have the desire to succeed they will find the way.

One way to start is to find a company with integrity, that has stability, and has enough of a payout on the front end. Life Force International has that to offer.

And the timing is better than ever to start with LFI.

Life Force International has been around for 25 years. But has not really been marketed online until recently. So the market for online marketing for Life Force International is quite high.

I invite you to take a look at Life Force International. You can find all the information you need at my Wealth Winners site. I look forward to working with you.

With the .com extension being used more and more, one might think that all the good domain names are gone. That just isn't the case. There are still a lot of really good domain names available IF you put your creativity to use.

Having a good domain name is important, but perhaps not for the reasons that you might think.

Previously, we were led to believe that you HAD to have the name of your company or product in the domain name for it to be successful in the organic searches.

However, I have since learned that having a domain name that had no indication of the company I was promoting did not keep me from ranking quite high for the search terms I was using.

Still, coming up with a great unique domain name can be challenging. Here are some tips and recommendations, as well as videos showing some of the tools that I use.

1. Try to get a .com, instead of .net or .org or any other extension. Why? Because when you give someone your domain name, even if you tell them the other extension, the majority will still type in .com because of habit. This could potentially lead your prospect to a page of a competitor. So my rule of thumb is to only purchase .com's. If I cannot find the specific .com, then I find another name that has the .com extension.

2. Remember, this is personal branding. Since personal branding goes hand in hand with online social networking, you want to make sure that your brand name is available on the social network sites as well. Do a Google search for the name you are considering in quotes to see if there are other people already using it.

3. Use synonyms for words that are not available. For example, if you want the word "mentor" as part of your domain name with another keyword, but it isn't available, then try the word "coach" or "tutor". You can find synonyms easily by going to www.thesaurus.com and typing in the keyword to find the similar words.

4. Make sure your domain name choice is easy to say. It may become tedious to have to slowly spell out the domain name every time you say it.

Here are some sites that will help you with generating ideas, domains, alternative keywords, etc.

GoDaddy - Use the Smart Search for options other than the name you are trying to obtain. www.GoDaddy.com

Rhymezone - great tool for finding rhyming words for your keyword.

Urban Dictionary - While this can be less than G rated, it may help to give you ideas in areas that you may not have considered.

Thesaurus - Great for finding synonyms for keywords that may not be available in a domain name. Try the Visual Thesaurus for even more ideas.
